The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the city center, offering a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of seating. Some rooms even have a fireplace. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing packed lunches for early departures. the restaurant serves delicious local food and offers good value for money. Guests can enjoy a simple but satisfying breakfast every morning.
Communication with the staff in English can be challenging.

the breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We also enjoyed the traditional bar and restaurant where we had some great beer and food. the location was ideal for us as we wanted a quiet break away from the busy city center and we were able to go for long walks through the nearby golf area.
It was quite frustrating that the staff didn't speak English very well and the menu was only available in Czech, German, and Russian, but they were very friendly and helpful. We also had to go outside in the cold weather to get to the restaurant which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel's staff struggled to converse in English. This was a bit of a drawback.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing us with a packed lunch for our early morning departure. The hotel facilities, including the traditional bar and restaurant, were excellent, offering great value for money. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the local beer. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still within reach by bicycle or car. The breakfast was simple but good, with a different menu each day. we were impressed with the cleanliness, helpful staff, and enjoyable dining experience.
